Board of Supervisory Sharia

Basis of Appointment

Ratified as the Sharia Supervisory Board of the Company based on the Deed of Meeting Resolutions Number 190 dated 27 August 2020. He has received approval from the Financial Services Authority for the Fit and Proper Test in accordance with Decree Number KEP-NB/NB.22/2017 dated 31 Mei 2017.

Concurrent Positions

He currently also serves as the Sharia Supervisory Board at PT MNC Guna Usaha Indonesia, PT Reasuransi Syariah Indonesia, PT Asuransi Manulife and SCB Asset Management.

Affiliation

He has no affiliation with members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors or Shareholders of the Company.

Education

He completed his education at the Tribakti Islamic Institute (IAIT) Kediri, and continued to the Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University (UIN) Jakarta with a Bachelor of Islamic Economics and most recently he studied at Georg August-Goettingen University Germany with the Sharia Financial and Financial Economics program.
