Responsibilities

Obtain financing facility and use the facility to obtain goods and/or services
|
Submit the complete documents required for the financing analysis process
|
|
Regarding the approved financing facility, the Customer can use the facility in accordance with the financing purpose as intended in the financing application
|
Provide clear information about the purpose of purchasing goods and/or using services for the proposed financing facility
|
|
Receive a copy of the contract for the approved agreement
|
Provide collateral/guarantee documents to the approved financing facility
|
| Return the collateral documents/financing objects when the financing facility has been completed (paid off)
|
Fulfill and comply with all obligations as stated in the approved agreement
|
