A Year Transformation of PT KDB TIFA FINANCE Tbk

On September 8, 2021, PT KDB Tifa Finance Tbk (the “Company”) celebrated one year of its transformation, where one year ago The Korea Development Bank (“KDB”) officially acquired the Company and followed by a change of the Company’s name from PT Tifa Finance Tbk to PT KDB Tifa Finance Tbk. The transformation was carried out as a follow-up to the Acquisition of KDB, including changes in the management, Vision and Mission and also Corporate Values, improvement on the Company's internal policies, and re-location of the Company's Head Office Address, in addition to other developments, including in terms of Human Resources. The one-year celebration of the Company's change was held at the Head Office of Equity Tower 39th Floor, South Jakarta, attended by the Board of Directors and all employees both at the Head Office, Branch Offices and Representative Offices. It is hoped that this celebration will serve as a reminder to all of us that transformation or change requires full commitment from all levels of the Company's organization, with the spirit of togetherness we will all be able to oversee the intended change to make the Company more advanced, contribute and always grow and provide the best service. In the future, the Company will be more optimistic in expanding its business and competing in the Indonesian Multi-Finance industry.
