General Meeting of Shareholders 2022

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”) of PT KDB Tifa Finance Tbk (the “Company”) were held on Friday, June 10th 2022 at Soehanna Hall, The Energy 2nd Floor, SCBD Lot 11A, Jl. Jend Sudirman Kav 52-53, Jakarta 12190 at 14.23 Jakarta Time - finished. The meeting was also attended by Representative of The Korea Development Bank as the Controlling Shareholders of the Company. Moreover, other shareholders along with the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, Sharia Supervisory Board and Company Managements also attend the meeting. The meeting generated strategic decisions, one of which was related to the changes in the company’s management, approval of the company’s performance, and financial statement for 2021.
