SPA Signing Ceremony

The signing ceremony of the Share Purchase Agreement for PT Tifa Finance Tbk (“the Company”) on the acquisition of the Company's shares was held on Tuesday, 8 September 2020. This event was held at the Company's Head Office, Tifa Building Jl. Kuningan Barat No. 26 South Jakarta, attended by the Company’s Board of Directors, Sellers and buyer. The signing of the Share Purchase Agreement resulted in the transfer of the Company's shares by 80.65% to the new Controlling Shareholder, namely The Korea Development Bank. This acquisition process previously received approval from the Financial Services Authority in July 2020. This acquisition is expected to bring best opportunities for the Company's future business development.
